·        Who is it for? Adults who want to kickstart the New Year being active, socializing and having fun while getting stronger.  This is not High Intensity or bootcamp style training.  IF you are already running and training, this program isn’t for you.

·        Workout Type- Low impact, gentle cardio, no running but heavy walking and strength training through high reps and ab/core workout-total body.

·        Training Sessions:

·        Tuesday & Thursday:

·        First Session: 5 PM

·        Second Session: 6 PM

·        Saturday Session: 8:30AM – 9:30AM

·        Cost: $150 per month per person, $200 per month for a couple/friends joining together.

·        Duration: 3 months (Minimum 2 months commitment)

·        Location: Suwanee Library Park (Meet near the sand volleyball court)

·        Eligibility: Adults only; minors above 15 need parental permission

·        Requirements: Bring your own mat, two 3lb or 5lb dumbbells, plenty of water, and a great attitude!

·        Session Length: One hour per session; attend up to 3 sessions per week (no back-to-back)
