Here are my top 10 Rules that I created for myself regarding eating and food that led to me losing 30lbs. These are the conversations and questions that I had with myself. There is no easy way, and there are no Shortcuts- SO STOP LOOKING FOR THEM! Most of the shortcuts may provide short-term gains but no long-term gains. You want long-term!
It seems to me that we eat TOO MUCH, TOO OFTEN, TOO LATE , TOO LITTLE SLEEP, AND NOT ENOUGH WATER!! If we ate less, less often, and earlier in the day and afternoon, drank more water and went to bed sooner, that we may have a healthier lifestyle and find a better long-term outcome.
